Barbeque Nation ranked as leading ‘Great Place to Work’ in F&B sector


Bangalore, July 5, 2016: Barbeque Nation has been recognised as one of the best employers in India and has won a leading rank in “Great Place to Work, 2016”survey and awards. Since 2006, Barbeque Nation, one of the leading casual dining chains in India has garnered fans and continually retained its loyal customers. Within a decade, the brand has been recognized as one of the best employers in the Food & Beverages sector.

This year, the ranking has been awarded on the parameters of confidential employee feedback from 800 organisations across industries, by Great Place to Work® Institute, India. The surveyed organisations were studied under two dimensions. All the participating companies are evaluated primarily on the basis of their employee’s responses to the survey which is given 2/3rd weight. The remaining 1/3rd of the score is derived from Culture Audit a questionnaire seeking to understand the people practices, philosophy and values of an organisation.
