BNI – the world’s largest business referral organisation, with presence in 74 countries, hosted a Gala evening to celebrate its seventh anniversary today, at Hotel Marriot. Mr Mahesh Mac Srinivasan, Global Markets President, BNI; Ms Sanjana Shah, Executive Director, BNI – Hyderabad; joined over 800 members, to make the occasion truly memorable.
The evening had colourful cultural shows and dance performances by members, followed by performances by Diwakar dance academy, the audience enjoyed it to the hilt and let their hair down. Outstanding BNI members were presented with awards in recognition of their stupendous performance and for being the epitomes of ‘Givers Gain’ in the true spirit of BNI.
Earlier the gathering got some valuable lessons in business management, from Chennai’s most loved auto-rickshaw driver, Auto Annadurai, especially on how to win customer loyalty and retain it. Auto Annadurai narrated how he overcame the challenges through innovative solutions and always endeavored to be a step ahead of his customer’s expectations.
Speaking on the occasion Mr Mahesh Mac Srinivasan said, leadership is all about overcoming the obstacles by taking the challenges head-on.
