The US Federal Reserve’s two-day policy meet and expiry of monthly derivative contract weigh high on Indian equity markets on Tuesday. The 30-share sensational index – Sensex of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) ended at 27,253.44 points shedding 108.52 points or 0.4 per cent. And, the 50-share Nifty at National Stock Exchange (NSE) closed in red at 8,232.90 points fell by 27.65 points or 0.33 per cent. Investors were seen bearish mind today following the negative sentiments from abroad as well as from domestic markets.
