DesignNBuy launched a new Indian Startup “OHOSHOP”

DesignNBuyDesignNBuy, the leading web to print solutions provider is coming up with new venture in Mcommerce – “OHOSHOP” (A mobile app building platform for local retailers).

The company found the gap in Indian retail segment thus introduced a software product which empowers Indian retailers with mobile technology. With this venture now retailer can get their branded mobile apps for their store/shop.  Small and medium retail business owners can give away their products and services on mobile app, on customers preferred time.

As a one more move towards convenient shopping, OhoShop provides payment gateway integration to facilitate online payments. This will help traditional retailers to use modern tools to increase their customer base and cater to existing digital-savvy customers. They can send push notification about discounts, new products, SMS for offers, and sales.With this now small retailer can compete with big player which is giving tough challengeto retailers.

As retailers are not very tech-savvy, OHOSHOP is hosted on a cloud based platform with no cost involved in IT, technology, maintenance and up-gradation for retailers.

OhoShop consists of three deliverables for customers and end-users – OHOSHOP Customer App, OHOSHOP Back Office App, OHOSHOP Retailer App. With retailer app, retailers can manage their orders, catalogue, inventory and delivery. With Back office retailer can create entire layout of the mobile apps as well as change look and feel of the app, manage products and their images, order reports and many more thing from a single system.

Abhishek Agarwal, CMO says “We are really excited with the launch of OhoShop. The Indian market has really undergone evolution and one of the fastest growing markets in terms of eCommerce and Mcommerce. With our initial research, we found out that people are looking for such a solution and then we decide to launch such a platform for them.”

Already coming from technology background, the company has faced fewer issues in terms of technological challenges, stated, Rakesh jain, CTO, OhoShop. Further adding the market is new and we are looking to take up the challenge to make this technology adopted by our customers. Since usage of mobile apps is already in trend, we have higher hopes in the same front.

Understanding the price sensitivity of Indian customer, the company has also given the option of monthly payments. The company has tie-ups with few Hyperlocal logistics partner to facilitate local retailers for delivery of their products. Initially OHOSHOP will be available for Ahmedabad retailers with further plans to move to Metro cities in India.

The company, in pilot phase of their launch has been able to secure more than 100 clients for their product and is riding high on this. According to them, market is ready and all set to experience a new wave in digital marketing and mobile apps.
