To show its gratitude for all the strength and perspective that this talented group brings to the table, the company showered them with a string of surprises.
CEO Ankur Singla sent a personally-written and heartfelt letter to the female staff to thank them for their valuable contributions to the company that have helped Helpchat become the country’s biggest personal assistant app. On this women’s day at Helpchat, women employees were welcomed in perfect style.
As they stepped into the office they were pleasantly surprised to see their workstations decorated with beautiful flowers and chocolate hampers awaiting them. Going the extra mile, the company also arranged for a mobile spa treatment at its offices in Delhi and Bangalore exclusively for all the women employees.
Along with spa therapists, stress doctors were also present on ground who recommended the most suited spa therapies to women employees by measuring their specific stress levels. Helpchat partnered with leading spa providers Four Fountains Spa and Bodycraft in Delhi and Bangalore for this initiative.
Ankur Singla, CEO and Founder, Helpchat said, “Helpchat’s core USP is its ability to get things done and to help people multi-task. And who understands the art of multi-tasking and getting things organised better than women? Our women workforce has played an instrumental role in not only helping us scale significantly. Their commitment and efficiency is truly commendable. What surprises me more is how, so many of them balance their personal and professional commitments with such ease and grace. This Women’s Day, we wish to express this feeling of awe and thankfulness that we feel towards our women employees. We hope that our humble gesture has made them feel as special and pampered as we hoped.”
Helpchat has over 150 women employees across divisions such as Tech and Product, Human Resources, Public Relations and Marketing. On Women’s Day, Helpchat saluted this valuable part of its workforce in order to underline how grateful the company is for their dedication and commitment.
