PulvionexTM 200 is a heavy-duty stable mill that offers quick cleaning of materials with lesser vibration. It boasts a unique staggered-rotor design with an optimized number of hammers. Built mainly on fluid and aerodynamic principles, the PulvionexTM 200 has been fitted with air curtains for superior cooling and profiled liners that create the best grinding setup for chilly, spices, herbs, grains, and pulses. It can also be used to process other soft minerals and chemicals.
Engineered to meet the food industry’s hygiene standards, the PulvionexTM 200 is built for high-capacity grinding with finer granulation and optimization of yield. It has been crafted using a special wear-resistant alloy that also helps in optimizing maintenance cost and downtime. Plus, the easy-to-use hydraulics mechanism on the lid makes for quick maintenance and cleaning of liners and screen changeover.

PulvionexTM 200 has been made available in two variants, i.e. mild steel and stainless steel. It is also equipped with a large screen area, a segmented liner, and an advanced cooling design.
