Godrej Wealth Appoints Experienced Leadership Team to Drive Growth Ambitions

Mumbai, June 09: Godrej Wealth, the wealth management business of the Godrej Industries Group, today announced key leadership appointments across business, investments, product, technology, digital, and human resources functions following its recent launch.

Led by Kunal Karnani, CEO, Godrej Wealth, the firm is building a client-centric, technology-enabled wealth management business with experienced professionals. The appointments align with its long-term vision of building a ₹1,00,000 crore Assets Under Management (AUM) business by 2031.

The leadership team includes Neeraj Mahajan (Chief Business Officer), Sandip Jha (Chief Product Officer), Parag Khachane (Chief Technology Officer), Ankit Dhadda (Chief Digital Officer), Pavan Manchala (Chief Investment Officer – Private Credit), and Shuchi Arora (Head – Human Resources). 

Collectively, the team brings over a century of experience spanning wealth management, private credit, banking, investments, technology, digital transformation, product innovation, and talent strategy supporting Godrej Wealth’s long-term growth strategy. 

Leadership Team 

  • Neeraj Mahajan, Chief Business Officer, brings more than 23 years of experience in banking and wealth management. He spent over 18 years at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he held leadership roles across its private and affluent banking businesses, leading client coverage, driving business growth, and building enduring relationships across diverse wealth segments. 
  • Sandip Jha, Chief Product Officer, brings over two decades of experience across wealth management, private banking, investment products, and capital markets. Over the course of his career, including senior leadership roles at Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Kotak Securities, and Kotak Mahindra Bank, he led national teams, built new product verticals, scaled investment platforms, and established strategic partnerships anchored in strong governance and long-term value creation. 
  • Parag Khachane, Chief Technology Officer, brings close to two decades of experience across technology and product design. Having spent nearly seven years with Godrej Capital, he has played a key role in building and strengthening the organisation’s technology foundation, supporting scale, operational efficiency, and business growth. 
  • Ankit Dhadda, Chief Digital Officer, brings extensive experience across digital platforms, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development. Prior to joining Godrej Wealth, he led product partnerships and marketing at Meta, helping businesses leverage technology and digital platforms to expand reach, deepen engagement, and unlock new growth opportunities. 
  • Pavan Manchala, Chief Investment Officer – Private Credit, brings over 24 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Godrej Wealth, he spent more than two decades with the Kotak Group, where he led the Alternate Asset Group and played a key role in originating, evaluating, and managing opportunities across diverse sectors and market environments. 
  • Shuchi Arora, Head – Human Resources, brings over 14 years of experience across human resource strategy, organisation design, rewards, and performance management. Prior to joining Godrej Wealth, she held senior HR leadership roles at HSBC, Aon, ICICI Bank, and DCM Shriram, where she partnered with business leaders on organisational transformation and workforce strategy.
