Mumbai, India and Hannover, Germany: Birla Carbon, one of the world’s largest carbon black producers will participate at the Tire Technology Expo 2020 and will unveil its ‘Birla Carbon App’ (mobile app) for its customers and partners.
Speaking about Birla Carbon’s digital technology milestone, Dr. Santrupt B. Misra, CEO, Birla Carbon said, “Birla Carbon’s market leadership is premised on many thrust areas such as digital Internet Of Things and Sustainability. Digital enablement of business processes will be our approach to creating superior customer experience and innovation.” He further added, “The Birla Carbon app will empower our customers to make the most relevant choice for themselves out of a range of products and solutions we have to offer. That is how we ‘Share the Strength’ and that is our Purpose.”
The app will provide a complete portfolio of solutions across tires, rubber, plastics, inks, coatings and other niche industries. The digital app has a ‘Solutions Guide’ which will help its customers to choose the best carbon black alternatives for their specific industry. The app also presents a hardness calculator tool that provides guidance on comparative carbon black loading levels for rubber compound formulation development. Once the customer identifies their needs through the app, they will be directed to product brochures and the option to reach out to Birla Carbon experts.
Over the years, Birla Carbon has participated in Tire Technology Expo, as a platform to engage with global and regional tire customers. The Birla Carbon team consisting of leaders from Europe, Middle East, and Africa region along with technical service and development experts will be present at booth C505 in Hall 20 to address any queries from visitors.
The Tire Technology Expo will be held at Hannover, Germany from February 25–27, 2020. In its 20th year, Tire Technology Expo is one of Europe’s leading international tire designs and tire manufacturing exhibitions and conferences. The Expo aims to bring together tire manufacturing and associated industries that offer technologies, materials, and services.
