Bounce pledges to join EV100 initiative

Bangalore: Bounce, world’s fastest-growing smart mobility player, today joins The Climate Group’s EV100 initiative and pledges to transition to a 100% EV fleet by 2030. Bounce is one of the 20+ companies to be part of this initiative. Bounce signed into the EV100 initiative at the Climate Week NYC as part of its sustainable growth mission. The company anticipates its fleet to be close to 2 million vehicles by 2030.

Climate Week NYC 2019 is being run in coordination with the UN and the City of New York, Climate Week continues to grow as the time and place for the world to showcase amazing climate action and discuss how to do more. Climate Week NYC opened alongside the UN Climate Action Summit where PM Narendra Modi and other global leaders joined to make plans to push for clean green energy sources. The Government of India has always been committed to reducing its carbon footprint by promoting the adoption of renewable sources of energy and electric vehicle through incentives. In accordance with this Bounce, is targeting to increase their EV fleet and reduce emissions to create sustainable mobility.
