Chennaities take styling tips from ace designer Vivek Karunakarn at Express Avenue

Chennai: Express Avenue Mall, Chennai’s award-winning fashion and entertainment mall recently organized a styling workshop by ace designer Vivek Karunakaran at the central atrium of the mall on behalf of newly launched brands FabAlley & Indya’s stores. Over 100 people actively participated in the workshop and took styling tips from Chennai’s popular celebrity designer.

Express Avenue is one of the pioneers in creating a mall culture in Chennai and have become a hub for 21st-century fashion, food, music, entertainment. The newly launched stores at Express Avenue marks the first offline entry of FabAlley into South India, while making it the second Indya outlet in Chennai. With the mall completing nine years in the city recently, they are always looking for opportunities to create & curate unique experiences that make the mall an experiential social space and not just another shopping center.

Commenting on the occasion, Munish Khanna, Chief Revenue Officer, Express Avenue, Said, “Express Avenue is the city’s fashion hub, which is known for being home to various top international & national retail brands. With the evolving customer base & taste, we are sprucing up our mall with newer brands which can further enhance our patrons’ shopping experience.”

This new store is a fashion company High Street Essentials Pvt Ltd’s (HSE)’s new format store with both brands in one outlet, for a one-stop-shop experience. Spread over 850sq.ft at Express Avenue, this store will consist of all morning-to-night styles including workwear or chic and easy, festive wear whilst also displaying the Autumn Winter ’19 collections from FabAlley and Indya.
