CROCS™ Announces Partnership With Cry & Soles4souls

Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX), a global leader in innovative casual footwear for women, men and children, in partnership with CRY and S4S, has donated 5,000 pairs of shoes to migrant families in Cheeta Camp, Mankhurd, Maharashtra. This donation aims to provide relief to vulnerable families impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.

The initiative is carried out by Jeevan Dhara, a project supported by CRY, that works at the grassroots level and have a deep connection to those at Cheeta Camp. The donation will provide easy-to-clean and comfortable shoes to the most socially vulnerable population in the community bringing much-needed ease of mind and overall wellbeing during this unprecedented time.

Speaking of the partnership, Kreeanne Rabadi, Regional Director (west) said, “We at CRY are grateful to Crocs for donating footwear to children and their parents in the slums of Cheetah Camp, Mankhurd. In this pandemic situation that has brought these marginalized communities’ immense difficulties, receiving these high-quality Crocs shoes with the support of Soles4Souls will certainly be a bright moment for them. Earlier in the year, Crocs and Priyanka Chopra Jonas joined forces to support the frontline workers by donating 10,000 pairs of shoes in India and US under the global donation program “A Free Pair for Healthcare”. Under the program, Crocs has donated over 860,000 shoes across the globe to healthcare professionals. Crocs have always been a brand that encourages everyone to be comfortable in their own shoes. In the face of adversity and the coronavirus pandemic, many individuals needed that support more than ever.
