St. Louis, MO, June 26, 2024 –Daugherty Business Solutions, a leading advisory services and technology consulting firm, ranked 2nd in the large company category of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s Top Workplaces awards.
Daugherty was also recognized as only one of twelve companies featured in the “Standout” award categories based on scores from employee responses to specific survey questions.
The recognition of Daugherty’s achievement was celebrated June 20 at CityPark and shared in a special Top Workplaces section in the Post-Dispatch and online at STLtoday.com June 23.
In partnership with Energage, an employee engagement technology partner, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch send out a third-party survey to participating employers detailing 15 drivers of engaged company cultures critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection. According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, only 179 of these employers were named Top Workplaces.
