NEW YORK,July 01, 2025 — Academy Securities, the nation’s first post-9/11 veteran owned and operated investment bank, today announced the addition of Kim Lupica as Managing Director, Commercial Paper Trading & Origination.
Ms. Lupica brings over a decade of experience in short-term fixed income markets. Prior to joining Academy, Ms. Lupica was a Director at Bank of America Securities, where she served as a senior short-term fixed income trader focused on market-making in Commercial Paper and Yankee CDs. Ms. Lupica began her career at Bank of America in 2013, holding several roles in trading and portfolio support before advancing to the trading desk.

Ms. Lupica holds a B.A. in International Business & Management from Dickinson College, with minors in Economics and Spanish. A Crain’s New York Business “20 in Their 20s” honoree, she also holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.
