HAMDEN, Conn., October 14, 2025 — TransAct® Technologies Incorporated (Nasdaq: TACT), a global leader in software-driven technology and printing solutions, today announced that a Midwest convenience store chain with 81 locations has selected the BOHA!® Platform to modernize its back-of-house operations. A total of 73 BOHA! Terminal 2 devices have been deployed to support labeling workflows, which also includes the adoption of BOHA! Temp at 47 of their foodservice locations, part of a broader effort to digitize key back-of-house workflows and extend the benefits of the BOHA! Platform across operations.
“This rollout highlights the BOHA! Platform’s ability to meet customers’ unique requirements to drive higher margins and greater operational efficiency, without compromising reliability or performance,” said John Dillon, CEO of TransAct Technologies. “By integrating labeling with digital temperature tracking, the BOHA! platform streamlines workflows, reduces manual processes, and supports consistent, high-quality food experiences across all locations.”
BOHA! Temp allows teams to replace paper logs with guided digital workflows that record temperatures during cooking and holding. The system also alerts staff to take corrective action if readings fall outside safe ranges. This ensures accurate, traceable records and helps operators meet HACCP standards while enhancing operational discipline.
This new customer joins the growing number of convenience store operators adopting BOHA! solutions to simplify food preparation, labeling, and digital workflows across their networks.
