Till Barfi Recipe

Ingredients:
– 1 cup sesame seeds (til)
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1/2 cup ghee
– 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
– 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads (optional)
– Chopped pistachios or almonds for garnish

Instructions:
1. Roast sesame seeds in a pan until fragrant.
2. Grind sesame seeds into a coarse powder.
3. In a pan, heat ghee and add the ground sesame seeds.
4. Cook until the mixture turns golden brown.
5. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron threads (if using).
6. Mix well and cook until the mixture thickens.
7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
8. Shape into a burfi and garnish with chopped nuts.
9. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Tips :
– Use high-quality sesame seeds for the best flavour.
– Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
– You can also add other ingredients like coconut or dried fruits to the burfi.
