Successful Organization of the State-Level Hindi Conference and Workshop

Bhubaneswar, March 11, 2025 – The State Office of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Odisha, successfully organized the State-Level Hindi Conference and Workshop at People Padmaja Premium Hotel, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar. The primary objective of this conference was to promote Hindi as the official language, enhance its implementation in workplaces, and explore its integration with modern technology.

HINDI DIVAS

The event was presided over by Mr. Shivaji Kharat, Director, Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Odisha. Prominent speakers included Mr. Abinash Dash, Librarian & Rajbhasha Officer, Institute of Hotel Management, Bhubaneswar, and Mr. Hariram Pansari, Rajbhasha Consultant, STPI.

HINDI CONFERENCE

In the first session, Mr. Hariram Pansari delivered an insightful lecture on “Artificial Intelligence and Hindi Language,” emphasizing the role of automation tools, voice-to-text technology, and translation software in strengthening Hindi’s presence in the digital age. The second session, led by Mr. Avinash Dash, focused on “Youth and Hindi – Implementation & Challenges,” highlighting the importance of youth participation in the effective execution of Hindi as an official language in workplaces.

The workshop witnessed active participation from District Youth Officers from across Odisha and Nehru Yuva Kendra functionaries. The discussions underscored the need for structured training programs and technological interventions to enhance the use of Hindi in administrative processes.
