An iconic milestone for MKT and DLF Hospitality, Chef Raghav Singh, from MKT, The Chanakya, has been crowned winner of the India Pizza Championship 2025, earning the distinction of representing India at the World Pizza Championship in Italy.
The national championship, hosted at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, brought together India’s finest pizzaiolos for a showcase of ingenuity and technical mastery. Among the most prominent names in the field, Chef Raghav shone for his refined approach, craftsmanship, and a signature balance of flavour and finesse that impressed both judges and peers alike.
