On 16 February, guests are invited to welcome the Year of the Horse with a spectacular Reunion BBQ Dinner from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the Pool Lawn.
Set in an idyllic alfresco location overlooking the ocean, this celebratory evening brings together the richness of Chinese culinary traditions and festive cultural performances. A series of vibrant live cooking stations will present an abundant spread of hot and cold appetizers, wok-fried noodles, comforting soups, and sizzling specialties, including jasmine tea-smoked BBQ pork ribs, whole grilled fish, crispy pork belly, indulgent side dishes, and festive desserts.
The evening will be enlivened by a dramatic dragon dance and fire show, while a live band performs from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., creating a joyful and memorable celebration for guests of all ages.
Continuing the festivities, 17 February begins with a specially curated Chinese New Year breakfast, enjoyed in an atmosphere of harmony and renewal. Guests will experience traditional prayers and meaningful rituals, followed by the rhythmic energy of a lion dance, a symbol of luck, strength, and prosperity, setting a positive and auspicious tone for the year ahead.
