Future Food and Innovation Technology Converge: Emerging Possibilities Showcased at NIFTEM–ANVESH

Kundli, Haryana, Feb 28:  At ANVESH-2026 — the International Conference on Advanced Next Generation Vision for Emerging & Sustainable Healthy Foods, organized by NIFTEM-K — talented entrepreneurs from across the country, along with successful business leaders, shared their achievements in transforming traditional Indian grains (millets) into innovative brands with export recognition.

One inspiring example is Amit Soni, who left his job as a factory manager to turn his passion into a business venture. During special sessions at ANVESH-2026, he explained how he transformed healthy products such as millet cookies made from bajra, ragi, and jowar into a strong brand, and has now begun exporting them to Bahrain, Dubai, and other Middle Eastern markets.

Amit emphasized that recognizing the quality and nutritional value of traditional grains required the right food processing methods, effective branding, and a clear understanding of global markets. Speaking at ANVESH-2026, he shared how modern processing technologies, standardized packaging, digital marketing strategies, and export promotion schemes helped his company achieve multi-crore turnover.

The organizers of ANVESH-2026 highlighted that the event serves as an effective platform to inspire young entrepreneurs to develop products aligned with global standards and to enter new markets. During export-oriented sessions, industry experts discussed emerging global opportunities in millet-based nutrition products made in India, along with advancements in digital supply chains, digital compliance systems, and adherence to international standards.

Other processors and exporters participating in the conference also shared how events like ANVESH-2026 have opened new avenues for networking, technical collaboration, adherence to Standards of Practice (SOPs), and participation in international supply chains. Beyond attractive product packaging, significant attention is being given to certification, quality control, and value addition.

ANVESH-2026 clearly demonstrates how modern food processing, entrepreneurial support, global branding, and an export-oriented mindset are enabling India’s traditional grains to gain global recognition.

On the final day of the conference, a special millet-processing workshop and a Global Market Proximity session will be organized, featuring experienced exporters, policymakers, and industry experts. These sessions aim to help small and medium enterprises make their products internationally competitive.
