‘Women of Impact’ by Barkha Dutt to celebrate the mettle of women and men who strive break the mold

~The inaugural edition of ‘Women of Impact’ will be held on 2nd March at Jolie’s Club, Mumbai~ 

Mumbai, Mar 1: Award winning media personality – Barkha Dutt and the pioneering architect of India’s leading women’s festival We The Women, has unveiled the inaugural edition of ‘Women of Impact’ – A one-day festival championing the cause of inclusivity and defying stereotypes. 

Presented in association with Johnnie Walker Luxe Blended Water, the festival will be taking place on 2nd March, 2026 at the Jolie’s club in Mumbai. Sharing the stage with Barkha Dutt will be leading names right from the film fraternity known for charming audiences with their on-screen performances to ever-resilient military heroes and athletes making the nation proud with their grit and tenacity. 

Personalities from Bollywood include: Huma Qureshi – The actress known for challenging traditional and patriarchal norms, Ayesha Khan – The captivating actress who took the world by storm with her Shararat in Dhurandhar,  Sanya Malhotra – Surprising audiences time and again with character-driven roles and unconventional choices, Divya Dutta – With a career spanning three decades, she truly symbolises versatility and depth, Bhumi Pednekar – Her empowering and impact driven performances constantly push creative boundaries, Shabana Azmi – The iconic actresses persistently breaking the box with her brave personality and realism, Javed Akhtar – A true feminist and legendary storyteller, lyricist and a poet and the glamorous yet candid star cast of popular reality show – ‘Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives.’ 

Going beyond the realms of cinema, fierce women in uniform, a consequential part of India’s Defence Architecture will also be in conversation with Barkha. Joining her will be Major Swathi Kumar, Wg Cdr Dsouza and Sqn Ldr Boparai. 

Ananya Birla, the charismatic artist and pioneering force of the Aditya Birla Group, the prolific authors –Shunali Shroff and Kiran Manral, as well as Jyothi Yarraji – The Indian track and field athlete, too will be welcomed onto the stage of ‘Women of Impact’ 

The stage of the inaugural edition of ‘Women of Impact’ is all set to brew some astounding conversations which is sure to shift the direction of society at large towards becoming far more progressive, dynamic and enlightened.
