Housekeepers Synergy 4.0 Concludes in Bengaluru, Highlights Sustainable Laundry Solutions for the Future

Bengaluru, Mar 25: Housekeepers Synergy – 4.0, organized by PRISTAL in collaboration with the Professional Housekeepers Association, concluded successfully at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. The event brought together leading professionals from the hospitality and allied sectors for a dynamic exchange of ideas, innovation, and best practices in housekeeping.

 The programme began with registrations, followed by a welcome address and invocation, setting a positive tone for the day. The ceremonial lamp lighting marked the formal inauguration, graced by key dignitaries including Kadambari Sabharwal Talwar, General Manager – Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal; Jayashree Nagaraj, Founder & Chairperson – PHA; and other industry leaders.

Delivering the welcome address, Smitha Mohan highlighted the importance of continuous learning and collaboration in the housekeeping domain. A corporate presentation by Babita Butola also extended an invitation to the upcoming National Housekeepers Convention scheduled in New Delhi.

A key highlight of the event was a panel discussion on “Sustainable Laundry Solutions for the Future of Housekeeping,” moderated by the Chief Guest. The panel featured industry experts including Srinivas Rao, Lakshmi Kondaswamy, Naveen Midha, Yeow Min Kwah, and Karthick Arumugam.

The discussion emphasized sustainable practices, resource efficiency, and the growing role of innovation in modern laundry operations. Speakers highlighted the importance of structured linen management, quality assurance, environmental impact assessment, and training to enhance operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
