Chandigarh, Apr 21: SAEL Industries Ltd. (“SAEL”), a vertically integrated renewable energy company commissioned 600 MW AC (300 MW each) solar power plants in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, through its subsidiaries, SAEL Solar MHP1 Private Limited and SAEL Solar MHP2 Private Limited.
The group has signed 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), ensuring long-term revenue stability. Spread across 2,400+ acres, the plant will supply solar power directly to the national grid and avoid ~11 lakh tCO₂e annually. The project deploys over 12 lakh TOPCon bifacial modules assembled at SAEL‘s manufacturing facilities in Punjab and Rajasthan.

It strengthens our commitment to deliver renewable power and contribute towards meeting India’s non-fossil fuel target by 2030.”
These follow the January 2026 commissioning of the 1 GWp Khavda project in Gujarat, which pushed the group’s total operational capacity beyond 2.5GWp.
