Indosolar Limited Reports Strong FY26 Turnaround with 110 Percent Revenue Growth, PAT Surges Percent

New Delhi, Apr 21: Indosolar Limited announced a robust financial performance for FY26, marking a significant turnaround driven by operational efficiencies, enhanced manufacturing capabilities, and strategic investments in technology.

For the full year FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹679.85 crore, reflecting a 109.89% year-on-year growth compared to ₹323.91 crore in FY25. EBITDA stood at ₹270.75 crore, registering a 184.88% YoY increase, while Profit After Tax (PAT) surged to ₹246.60 crore, up 350.16% YoY.

The company also achieved a major milestone in production, with module output reaching 1,051 MW in FY26, significantly higher than 589 MW recorded in the previous year.

Q4 FY26 Performance

During the fourth quarter, revenue from operations stood at ₹83.10 crore, compared to ₹192.00 crore in Q4 FY25. The decline was attributed to a shift in revenue mix, with FY25 including substantial direct distribution and trading revenues, while FY26 saw increased contribution from tolling contracts.

Despite this, profitability remained strong:

  • EBITDA: ₹64.33 crore (up 28.20% YoY)
  • PAT: ₹42.00 crore (up 4.90% YoY)
  • EBITDA Margin: 77.41%
  • PAT Margin: 49.86%
