New Delhi, Apr 23: Renowned artist Anjolie Ela Menon’s solo exhibition Revisitations concluded on April 18 with a compelling curatorial walk led by noted curator and critic Uma Nair at Shridharani Gallery, Triveni Kala Sangam, New Delhi.

From iconic earlier works such as Frenchman’s House, Pyotr, and November to her more recent creations, the exhibition presented a cohesive yet dynamic body of work.

During the curatorial walk, Uma Nair highlighted Menon’s deep engagement with literature, spirituality, and everyday life, as well as her exposure to global art traditions during her formative years in Paris and her travels worldwide. Among the recipients were Vivek Kumar Sahani, an MFA student from Delhi College of Art, and Bindu Sharma, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Jamia Millia Islamia.

Dr. Bindu Sharma described the exhibition as both a lesson in art history and a powerful reflection of artistic evolution, while acclaimed ceramic artist Keshari Nandan Prasad noted that the show offered valuable insights into Menon’s mastery of colour and composition.
