Jaishankar Welcomes Global Delegates for BRICS Foreign Ministers’ Meet at Bharat Mandapam

New Delhi, May 14: External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar welcomed global delegates at Bharat Mandapam as India hosted the BRICS Foreign Ministers’ meeting.

The high-level gathering brought together representatives from BRICS member countries to discuss key global and regional issues, along with ways to strengthen cooperation in trade, development, and multilateral engagement.

India’s role as host highlights its continued emphasis on expanding collaboration within the BRICS framework and advancing dialogue on global governance reforms, economic resilience, and emerging geopolitical challenges.

Officials said the discussions are expected to contribute to deeper coordination among member nations and reinforce the grouping’s focus on inclusive growth and collective development priorities.
