Noida, 31st August 2026: Appinventiv, an IT services and digital transformation company, has launched AspireHub, a dedicated workspace initiative offering free office space to early-stage AI startups in Delhi NCR.
Through AspireHub, Appinventiv has kept an entire floor free at its new 11-storey campus in Sector 135, Noida, for the initiative. Startups selected for the programme, with teams of one to 15 people based anywhere in Delhi NCR, will receive free workspace, high-speed internet, IT support and access to meeting rooms, along with mentorship from Appinventiv’s leadership on product, branding and scaling.
Applications are open on a rolling basis. Appinventiv will evaluate startups based on factors including the founding team, product, market opportunity and the team’s ability to execute. A select number of startups may eventually move into a more structured incubation track, although details of the programme have not yet been announced.
Saurabh Singh, CEO and Director, Appinventiv, said, “Over the last decade, we’ve watched India move from a services powerhouse to a genuine product and innovation nation. The next leap belongs to AI, and it will be led by founders who are obsessed with solving hard problems. Too many of them are burning capital on rent and infrastructure instead of building. We want to remove that barrier and give these teams a real environment to build fearlessly.”
The initiative comes as Noida continues to strengthen its position within India’s startup and technology ecosystem. Uttar Pradesh’s DPIIT-registered startup count increased from about 1,100 in 2018 to close to 14,000 in 2024, according to Inc42’s State of Uttar Pradesh Startup Ecosystem Report 2025, with a significant share of that growth coming from Noida. The city is home to unicorns including Paytm, Pine Labs and Innovaccer, while the state government also has an AI incubation centre running in Noida with IIT Kanpur under the Start in UP scheme.
Delhi NCR startups raised $690 million across 48 deals in the first quarter of 2025, according to Inc42, making it one of the stronger quarters for a startup cluster in the country. Appinventiv believes Noida’s momentum as an AI hub still has room to grow, with AspireHub intended to contribute to that development by giving early-stage founders access to infrastructure and industry expertise.
The initiative also marks Appinventiv’s first significant move into direct startup support. The company employs more than 1,700 people across its offices and is better known for enterprise app development and consulting work. Through AspireHub, Appinventiv is expanding into supporting early-stage founders by providing free office space and mentorship directly from its own facility.
