DALLAS, July 10, 2025 — The SW Graduate School of Banking (SWGSB) at SMU Cox 2025 summer session on the Southern Methodist University campus wrapped up June 6, 2025, with a commencement ceremony for SWGSB Class LXVI at the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Jan Mills, president and chairman, First National Bank of Winnsboro, Texas, a graduate of SWGSB Class XL, delivered the commencement address to more than 350 guests celebrating 107 graduates who came from Arizona, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Texas.
The SWGSB Class LXVI valedictorian was Victoria Elyse Rickard Stephen, Executive Vice President & General Counsel Texas Bankers Association, Austin, Texas, and the SWGSB Class LXVI salutatorian was Mandy Mumma, Senior Vice President, Director Credit Risk & Analysis, Armstrong Bank, Norman, Oklahoma.
The SWGSB program attracts emerging leaders and experienced financial professionals—including regional presidents, commercial loan officers, branch managers, credit analysts, cashiers, mortgage lenders, consumer lenders, operations officers, and state and federal regulators—with a graduate program that propels careers in the financial services industry.
