Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre brought the summer spirit alive with its vibrant and flavorful event, ‘Mango Medley’, held Under the Mango Tree on Saturday, 17th May, 2025. The event drew an enthusiastic crowd of media professionals, food writers, and mango lovers, who gathered for an evening of tropical indulgence and unique culinary experiences.
The beautifully landscaped venue of Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre was transformed into a festive summer soiree with live music, mango-infused aromas, and joyous energy. The event’s highlight was a hands-on mango pickle mixing experience, where guests got to blend their own pickles— adding a personal and traditional Indian summer nostalgic touch to the evening.
The specially curated mango-themed menu by the hotel was a feast for the senses. Guests sipped on tropical mocktails like Aam Panna and Tropical Mango Sunrise, alongside spirited cocktails like Mango Basil Martini and Mango Margarita. The food at the event showcased how mango is a versatile fruit, seamlessly infused into dishes like Khatta Jhinga, Subz-e-Aam Biryani, Lamb Tagine, and Mango & Mascarpone Risotto, and signature desserts like Burfili Aam Kulfi and Rasila Aam Mousse, all part of the newly launched, specially curated Chef’s Menu.
As a thoughtful takeaway, guests were given a specially curated mango pickle, mango marmalade and a mango-themed hamper, rounding off the evening with a flavorful memento to carry home.
