Mr. Sayal began his illustrious career into the world of luxury hospitality with the iconic Taj Hotel Resorts and Palaces, where he embarked on his career as a management trainee. His decade-long tenure at the prestigious Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi, saw him master every facet of the F&B landscape, setting the foundation for his remarkable career. At Taj Palace, New Delhi, he not only led operations at the city’s largest convention center but also curated bespoke experiences as Butler Operations Manager, where he was responsible for catering to top heads of state. His journey also includes experiences at the majestic Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur, and Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur, which shaped his appreciation for heritage luxury.
Before joining Andaz Delhi, Mr. Sayal served as Director of Food and Beverage at Radisson Blu Hotel, New Delhi Dwarka, where he successfully managed F&B operations, setting new benchmarks for the hotel. He has also held leadership roles at Seven Seas Hotel, overseeing banqueting, outdoor catering, and cloud kitchens, making a significant impact on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
At Andaz Delhi, Mr. Sayal will oversee all culinary outlets, including the hotel’s award-winning restaurants and banqueting services. He is expected to bring fresh insights and operational excellence to further enrich the guest experience, while continuing to uphold the highest standards of service and innovation.
