New Delhi, 20 Nov: A 35-member Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Edtech delegation representing 24 companies is currently in New Delhi for a week to explore new opportunities for partnership with India’s dynamic education and skilling sectors.
The Australian delegation represents a cross section of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), TAFEs, Non-University Higher Education providers, Audio/ Visual system providers, and Education Management organisations. The Australian delegation will be showcasing their offerings under the Australia pavilion at the Didac India 2025 event in New Delhi scheduled between 18 – 20 November 2025.
The Australian participation is brought together by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) in partnership with Global Victoria, Investment New South Wales and Trade and Investment Queensland.
During the visit, the Australian delegation will connect with Indian government agencies, industry bodies, and education stakeholders across schools and institutions. The delegation will explore potential opportunities to collaborate in designing future ready curricula, leveraging technology for scale and fostering pathways for lifelong learning.
