Awfis enters Pune, launches its 1st centre in Baner

Pune: India’s largest shared spaces player and work enabler, Awfis Space Solutions launches its first community workplace in Pune at Baner. With the city emerging as the hub of investment in real estate and a gamut of new-age start-ups, Awfis aims to build a network of entrepreneurs and business community in the city through its convenient, just-in-time and inspiring work environment.

The brand new workspace has a capacity of 600 seats and will target corporates, SMEs, start-ups, and freelancers. It will also aid as a proximity center for employees rendering flexibility and adding productivity. In Pune, the idea of co-working has been grasped not only by start-ups and small working groups but also by mid and large sized corporates which offer them well-integrated and synergised environment.

 The company has signed up new centre at Viman Nagar and aggressively exploring opportunities at Bund Garden, Magarpatta, to name a few.

The workplace transformation has begun in earnest and will see the biggest changes in the next 5-7 years due to factors like changing lifestyles of individuals, technology progressions, increase in intra – city commute time, and health and well-being taking the centre stage.
