John Clark, Director of Product Support
Clark brings more than 15 years of experience leading support and customer success teams, including leadership roles at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), RealPage, and Evisions. He is known for scaling operations, building strong teams, and ensuring customer support goes beyond problem-solving to deliver exceptional experiences.
Michael Boyd, Head of Engineering
Boyd has extensive engineering leadership experience across gaming, logistics, and e-commerce. He most recently served as Senior Engineering Manager at PlayVS and previously held management roles at Indigo and Rakuten Rewards. His expertise spans scalable platforms, secure payments, and innovative user-facing products.
Fady Stephanos, Chief Operating Officer
Stephanos brings over two decades of executive experience across technology and operations. He has held senior roles at BirchStreet, Serent Capital, Conga, Bain & Company, and Oracle. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UCLA and an MBA with Honors from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
