On July 21st, 2025, Dacke Industri acquired 80% of the shares in Blink S.r.l. A renowned expert and manufacturer of CANbus keypads. The current management will continue to hold the remaining shares.
The acquisition of Italian company Blink S.r.l. represents a strategic expansion that further strengthens our presence in Europe and demonstrates our commitment to anticipating and meeting the evolving needs of our customers within control systems products. This move also enables us to broaden our offering to OEM customers, expanding our portfolio of specialized products, customized components, and systems. Blink S.r.l. will become part of our Electronics division, leveraging the expertise and collaboration shared with other leading companies within our group.
Blink S.r.l. is a leading expert and manufacturer of CANbus keypads, offering a highly versatile product portfolio that serves a diverse range of sectors, including marine, motorsport, on- and off-highway, and agricultural vehicles. Renowned for their flexibility and reliability, Blink’s customizable keypads are designed to meet unique and specialized client requirements. With it’s presence in Europe, North America, and Australia. Blink S.r.l. has established a reputation for adaptability and innovation across international markets. Headquartered in Milan, Italy, it also operates a sales office in the United States and co-ownership in a sales office in Australia. With a total of about 22 employees and an annual turnover of about EUR 9 million.
