Each kebab and patty contains 300g of real keema (minced fish), mixed together with a unique blend of ginger, garlic, Kashmiri chilli, kasuri methi, and garam masala, all rolled in golden breadcrumbs to lock in the flavor and keep the inside moist and tender.
