Dassault Systèmes announced the appointment of Bijuraj Balakrishnan as Chief Executive Officer, Global Services for Dassault Systèmes in India. In this role, he will lead the company’s global services organization in the country, drive delivery excellence, and accelerate the adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE platform and Virtual Twins.
Bijuraj brings over 24 years of experience within Dassault Systèmes, having built a distinguished career across research and development, consulting services and people strategy. He began his journey as a software engineer and spent 13 years in R&D of the company’s ENOVIA brand, mastering product engineering and leading teams.
In a cross-functional shift, Bijuraj transitioned into the human resources role as India HR Director where he oversaw people strategy for employees across R&D and Services.
As CEO of Dassault Systèmes Global Services, India, Bijuraj is leading a decisive execution agenda, turning AI ambition into measurable client value and accelerating the transition of legacy and on-premise customers to the cloud. He will be driving the evolution of Global Services from a capacity-based model to scalable, outcome-driven factories anchored in SaaS metrics and powered by capability-led growth.
Bijuraj holds a master’s degree in computer science. He has also completed executive management education, combining deep technology expertise with strategic and organizational insight to build high-performance, future-ready global teams.
