
Gurugram, Nov 28: DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square has introduced a refreshed set of culinary and beverage experiences at its signature dining destinations, Vibe – The Sky Bar and GlassHouse. The new seasonal menus bring a mix of classic comfort, global favourites, and curated beverage selections designed around evolving guest preferences.
Vibe – The Sky Bar, known for its open-air ambience and panoramic city views, has expanded its small-plates menu with new signatures such as Harabhara Kebab, Makai Palak ki Tikki, Tawa Fish Fry, Lasuni Murg Tikka, Mutton Seekh Kebab and Chimichurri Prawns. Guests can also enjoy Chicken Dum Biryani and Subz Biryani—two hearty additions perfect for rooftop evenings. The bar’s Whiskey Library now features newly sourced labels including Ranthambore by Radico and Indri, along with a seasonal beverage line-up featuring mulled wine, sangria and grog. Early-evening sundowner rituals and grill-led tasting menus will run on select days, enhancing the relaxed, city-top experience.

GlassHouse, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, introduces a refreshed seasonal menu with global and wholesome creations. New additions include The Quinoa Bowl, Thai Grilled Prawn, Atlantic Salmon, Green Burger, Cantonese Steamed Fish, Do Din Ki Dal and the DoubleTree Cookies Pastry—bringing together familiar favourites and contemporary plates. Indian signatures such as Bhatti Ka Paneer, Chicken Dum Biryani and Subz Biryani also feature prominently, ensuring a well-rounded selection for guests.
