India, Apr 08: EBG Group, a diversified Indian enterprise with interests spanning mobility, health, realty, and technology, has announced two key leadership appointments as part of its next phase of growth and expansion. Ranjitha M has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Brillen Space Engineering, while Suresh Goyal takes on the role of Director at EBG Foundation. These appointments reflect the Group’s continued focus on strengthening leadership and building a more structured, governance-driven, and scalable organization with strong national ambitions.
Brillen Space Engineering, based out of Hyderabad, operates across construction with precast infrastructure systems, prefabricated and modular structures, and commercial rollout execution. Under the leadership of Ranjitha M, the company is set to embark on an aggressive 10-year expansion roadmap.
Commenting on her new leadership role, Ranjitha M said, “I am proud to take up the challenging role. With my experience in government-linked and commercial projects, I am sure Brillen will work towards achieving the ambitious targets for the next decade by having an operational footprint across India. By 2036, we are planning to execute 800+ commercial and infrastructure projects, building a 150+ structured leadership and execution team with regional hubs in north, south, east and west India.”
Alongside its business growth, EBG Group is also strengthening its focus on purpose-led initiatives through the EBG Foundation. Suresh Goyal, who also serves as Group President at EBG Group, will lead the Foundation’s efforts to build a holistic ecosystem aimed at restoring community dignity. In line with this vision, the Foundation has announced a flagship grassroots initiative with the adoption of Charla Thanda village in Nalgonda district in Telangana. Positioned as a “Model Village” project, the initiative aims to create a self-sustaining ecosystem by focusing on Healthcare & Nutrition, Equitable Education, and sustainable livelihood opportunities, thereby addressing the cycle of rural dependency. The EBG Foundation will drive its impact through six key pillars—Children of Life, Naari Shakti, Champion, Sambhav Hai, Pride, and Jawan—integrating corporate expertise with grassroots social development.
Suresh Goyal, who joins with over 35 years of experience in banking and infrastructure, along with a decade of social sector leadership at the Art of Living and VVKI Trusts said, “EBG Foundation’s six initiatives represent the diverse dimensions of human dignity from wellness to community empowerment. These are not isolated programs but a holistic framework designed to strengthen the very fabric of society. I am honored to drive this mission forward.”
Commenting on the appointments, Dr. Irfan Khan, Chairman of EBG Group, stated: “Ranjitha’s elevation and Suresh’s appointment reflect our commitment to building a strong leadership team capable of driving meaningful impact. While Ranjitha will play a key role in shaping Brillen’s next phase of national growth, Suresh’s deep understanding of corporate and social ecosystems will be instrumental in advancing our community-focused mission.”
