ECP Successfully Closes Acquisition of Grain LNG with Centrica plc

Summit, N.J., Nov 29 — Energy Capital Partners (“ECP”), a leading investment firm in the energy transition infrastructure sector, along with its 50/50 joint venture partner Centrica plc (“Centrica), today announced the completion of the Grain LNG acquisition from National Grid for an enterprise value of approximately £1.5 billion.
