Chef Farman Ali has thoughtfully crafted a menu that highlights the artistry of slow cooking, authentic flavors, and time-honored traditions. The menu features dishes like Murgh Chargha, chicken marinated in garam masala and red chili, and Kachche Gosht ke Kebab, a bold mutton kebab spiced with green chilies and coriander. For vegetarians, there’s the Kathal ke Kebab, jackfruit patties served with homemade chutney. Main courses include Murgh Kairi, a tangy chicken dish with raw mango, and the indulgent Gosht Sri Paya Magaz, a mutton stew. Vegetarian options like Arbi Dum Lajawab and Kathal Mewa Pulao.
