Bangalore, October 29th, 2025: Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore is delighted to announce the appointment of Michael Bikash Gomes as its new Human Resources Manager. In this role, Michael will oversee the full HR lifecycle at the hotel, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Michael brings a wealth of experience from his 9-year tenure in the hospitality industry, most recently at Hyatt Place Hampi, where he managed HR functions and implemented the Hyatt People Philosophy with success. His expertise in HR policy development, employee engagement, and labor law compliance positions him well to strengthen Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore’s human resources team and enhance the employee experience.
