Madurai, 10th November 2025: Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) has opened a new branch in Kochadai Village of Madurai West, taking the total number of branches to 48 across the city. The new branch was inaugurated by Dr. Koothan U.T, MBBS, DGO, DNB(OG), FIMS, FRM, Consultant in Reproductive Medicine & Laparoscopy, Sri Subham Hospital, Madurai along with Dr. Hemalekha, DGO., DNB, (OBS & Gyne), FMA, Infertility Specialist, Laparoscopic Surgeon, Apollo Hospitals, Madurai. With this expansion, Karur Vysya Bank now has 896 branches across India.
The new branch will offer a comprehensive range of banking services like accounts, deposits and loans, including savings and current accounts and it will cater to all basic banking transactions and specific needs of customers, offering an entire spectrum of banking products and financial services covering retail, institutional and consumer lending.
