Kharadi Women’s Organisation (KWO) by Sherros Launched to Empower Women and Children

On October 14, 2024, Sherroes proudly launched the Kharadi Women’s Organisation (KWO), an initiative focused on empowering women, supporting children, and addressing key social issues. This milestone marked a significant step in fostering transformative change within the Kharadi community and beyond.

The core committee, comprising accomplished leaders from diverse fields, played a pivotal role in this initiative:

Dr. (Hc) Saravjeet Kirad – Philanthropist
Dr. Kirad spearheaded numerous social betterment initiatives, including ScholarsTree Educare, Vedgunn Foundation, Aprajita Foundation, and Eduthon Education Beyond Syllabus. She also founded SARV Events & Celebrations and co-founded Soul Sisters. As a crusader for the Himalayan Group, She advocated for sustainable development in the Himalayan region.

Deepika Wali – Strategist and Founder
Deepika Wali, founder of 24Crystalized and ARYA EV PCS, is a strategist and consultant with a passion for organic farming and sustainable energy. Her guidance ensured that KWO’s initiatives aligned with eco-friendly and long-term sustainable practices.

Shweta Pankaj – Education and Empowerment Leader
Shweta Pankaj, co-founder and director of ScholarsTree Educare Pvt. Ltd. and Eduthon Education Beyond Syllabus, also serves as president of Aparajita Foundation. Her leadership focuses on empowering women and enriching communities through education.

Dr. Manjiri Lawande – Ayurveda Consultant
Dr. Lawande, founder of Vishwavedhika Ayurvedic Clinic, specializes in Panchakarma and Garbhsanskar, and holds certifications in cosmetology. She integrates traditional Ayurveda with modern practices to promote holistic health and wellness.

Smita Patil – Managing Director, SSPL
Smita Patil, the venue partner for this event, provided critical support through her leadership at SSPL. Her contribution has been instrumental in the success of the KWO launch.

Ms. Renu Khanna – Finance, Insurance, and Pranic Healer
Renu Khanna brought professional excellence in finance, insurance, and investments to KWO. As a certified pranic healer, she merged her financial expertise with holistic wellness approaches, benefiting both individuals and the community.
