Midas International Acquires Max Auto

Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., Dec 19 — Midas International, LLC (“Midas”), one of the world’s largest providers of automotive services, announced today that it has acquired Max Auto Supply Company (“Max Auto” or the “Company”), a premier Midas dealer. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1958, Max Auto is a highly respected Midas franchisee with a rich history of providing exceptional automotive repair and maintenance services. The Company operates 111 Midas franchise locations and has over 650 employees across Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Kentucky, and Georgia.

Max Auto will maintain its headquarters in Toledo, Ohio and continue to operate as a standalone business, leveraging the support and resources of the broader Midas platform to continue to strengthen its dedicated customer-first approach. Max Auto will continue to be led by Vice President Randy Lindhurst and the rest of its executive team, which will collectively ensure continuity and uphold the high standards of service customers have come to expect. With this acquisition, Max Auto joins Midas as part of the Mavis Tire family of brands and companies.
