Jaipur, 15th May 2025: Reinforcing its commitment to social responsibility and inclusive growth, Namdev Finvest, through its CSR arm Namdev Foundation, has launched a series of impactful initiatives aimed at enhancing educational access and infrastructure for underserved children—particularly girls—in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
As part of the initiative, the company has successfully established a fully-equipped E-Library at Mahatma Gandhi Government School, Boythawala (Jaipur). This digital learning hub is designed to foster a modern educational environment by offering students access to contemporary learning resources, digital tools, and online platforms. In addition, essential furniture and educational supplies have been donated to multiple schools across Jaipur to help create more comfortable and conducive learning spaces.
Further strengthening its commitment to holistic development, Namdev Finvest has also installed a sanitary napkin vending machine and incinerator at the same school to promote menstrual hygiene, community well-being, and a safe, inclusive learning environment for girls.
“Access to education or menstrual hygiene should not be a privilege, but a basic human right. At Namdev Finvest, we believe in building more than a financially inclusive society—and we’ve taken our first steps by promoting dignity, awareness, and equal opportunities. By addressing these foundational issues, we aim to empower entire communities to thrive,” said Latika Tanwar, Director, Namdev Finvest.
Echoing this vision, Jitender Tanwar, Managing Director & CEO, added:“Education is the foundation of a brighter future, and at Namdev Finvest, we’re committed to enabling opportunities where they are needed most. Through our Foundation, we strive to drive meaningful change in the communities we serve.”
As part of its broader CSR strategy, the company has also launched its flagship initiative: “Aaradhya – Balika Shiksha Abhiyan”, a hybrid model combining financial aid and mentorship to ensure the long-term empowerment of underprivileged and orphan girls. The program offers tuition assistance along with active mentorship from professional women and community leaders who guide beneficiaries through academic challenges, career planning, and personal development—nurturing confidence, ambition, and independence.
In FY 2024–25 alone, 155 underprivileged and orphan girls have benefited from access to quality education through the program, bringing the total number of beneficiaries under Aaradhya to 575 across primary, secondary, higher secondary, undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and specialized training levels.
Recognizing its significant impact in the education sector, Namdev Finvest was honored at the 7th ICC Social Impact Awards 2025. The Project Aaradhya: Balika Shiksha Abhiyan initiative was declared the winner in the Small and Medium Enterprise category for promoting education and empowering young girls—reinforcing the company’s belief in the transformative power of education.
