India, October 31, 2025: Nemetschek Group, a global leader in software solutions for digital transformation in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AEC/O) sector, announces a strategic partnership with CADD Centre Group, a leading global Engineering Design and CAD/CAM/CAE competency building enterprise. The Authorized Training Centre (ATC) & Corporate Training partner agreement was officially signed at CADD Centre Group’s Chennai HQ in the presence of Mr. R. Parthasarathy, Chairman – CADD Centre Group; Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, Managing Director, Nemetschek India, Mr. Rithwick Parthasarathy – Chief Future Officer, CADD Centre Group and Mr. Deepankar Bhattacharya – Senior General Manager, Education.
The collaboration will launch with the onboarding of two flagship centres in Chennai and Bengaluru as Nemetschek Authorised Training Centres. Both will initiate comprehensive BIM courses powered by Nemetschek’s Archicad, Bluebeam, and Solibri platforms. Further, CADD Centre plans to expand Nemetschek BIM training to 15 additional centres next year, supporting industry-ready competence building nationwide. Additionally, CADD Centre will work closely with Nemetschek and its Corporate customers to build a talent pipeline of “Job-Ready” BIM Engineers through continuous competence building initiatives.
CADD Centre’s network, with over 300 locations across India and abroad, has empowered more than 3 million professionals working in 5,500+ companies. Leveraging this scale, Nemetschek will advance BIM adoption and capacity-building for the Indian AEC/O sector.
