New Study Reveals the Best Tourist Destinations for Quality Sleep

Factors That Affect Sleep Quality
The study by Onebed evaluated popular tourist destinations to identify where quality sleep is the highest. Factors such as average noise levels (dBA) and positive hotel reviews focused on sleep quality were considered. Air quality data was obtained from IQAir, while the average annual number of tourists was compiled using Statista’s tourism data. Light pollution levels and average bedtime habits were also included to assess how conducive each location is to rest. These data points were weighted and combined into a composite score, with higher scores indicating better sleep quality.
