Noida Twins Create History at Ironman 70.3 Muscat Alongside Their Father

Noida, Feb 16: In a remarkable display of endurance and family spirit, twin siblings Vidhi and Vaibhav Gupta from Sector-28, Noida, etched their names in sporting history by successfully completing the Ironman 70.3 Middle East Championship held in Muscat, Oman on 14 February 2026.

The twins competed alongside their father Manish Gupta, making the achievement even more special as the trio crossed the finish line together in one of the world’s most challenging triathlon events.

The Ironman 70.3, also known as a “Half Ironman,” is a grueling endurance race that tests both physical strength and mental resilience. Participants are required to complete a continuous sequence of 1.9 km swimming, 90 km cycling, and 21.1 km running — all in one day.

By completing this formidable challenge, Vidhi and Vaibhav not only demonstrated exceptional athleticism but also became one of the youngest twin siblings from India to finish this international endurance event, and did so with the proud support of their father.

The family’s extraordinary performance has been celebrated by the local community in Noida and is expected to inspire many more young athletes to pursue endurance sports on the global stage.
