At the heart of this takeover is PCO’s latest menu, ‘The Forbidden’, a bold, boundary pushing selection of cocktails inspired by culturally significant ingredients that have been restricted and taboo. Expect complex flavours and innovation with a deep dive into the art of speakeasy-style storytelling—crafted exclusively for Bengaluru.

For this special night, PCO is curating a selection of four signature cocktails from ‘The Forbidden’ menu, each rooted in history, controversy, and unexpected flavour combinations:

Not for Check-in – A Pistola Joven with kaffir lime distillate and coconut syrup, inspired by India’s airline ban on carrying coconuts in hand luggage.

Eve’s Choice – A Pistola Reposado based drink infused with apple juice and jalapeño, a nod to the story of the forbidden fruit.

Pass the Dutchie – A Pistola Joven and white wine concoction with jasmine distillate and orange marmalade, inspired by cultural references to prohibition.

Sour Fruit Salad – A bright, refreshing take on the Bengaluru summer, featuring seasonal sour fruits dressed in a jammy palm sugar and chili dressing.

Crab Dip & Mini Brioche Buns – A decadent, limited-edition dish featuring delicate blue swimmer crab paired with buttery, soft brioche.

Seasonal Ingredients & Playful Pairings – Think early-season mangoes and creamy stracciatella—all designed to complement PCO’s cocktail playfulness.
