The specials among the Antipasti includes, the exceptional Tortellini el Brodo, a classic Emilia-Romagna dish of lamb & Parmigiano micro tortellini in a deeply flavourful broth, the Tartate de Mare, Salmon and Tuna tartare with avocado, blueberry and pickled radish and the Arancini Anatra, carnaroli rice with braised duck finished with duck veloute and aged parmesan.
