45 follows the story of Vinay (Raj B. Shetty), a carefree software engineer living a simple and content life with his mother and girlfriend Meghana. One unexpected moment changes everything when he accidentally runs over a black dog named Rosie, deeply loved by local-don Rayappa (Upendra). Grief-stricken and furious, Rayappa does not punish Vinay immediately but instead gives him 45 days to reflect on his actions, invoking the Garuda Purana’s concept of life after death. As fear grips Vinay, he begins experiencing disturbing dreams that predict real events, including his own fate. During this turmoil, he meets Shivanna (Shiva Rajkumar), a compassionate and strong-willed figure who becomes his guide and protector. As the countdown begins, Vinay must confront guilt, destiny, and a force that seems larger than life itself.
